Evans says that an organization that is committed to offering clinical trials as treatment options should have, or needs to develop, a culture and infrastructure that promotes enrollments, supports patients in dealing with third-party payers, and challenges anyone who threatens to withhold reimbursement for the routine cost of cancer care.
